How does the Trade-In Program work?

Gather information about your device. The information should include following list of points:

  • Type of device (Amplifier, Pre-Amplifier)
  • Device brand or company
  • Serial number (all numbers need to be clean and visible)
  • Device model number.
  • Device condition & photo

Device Condition Guidelines:

  • GOOD - The device is fully functional with no technical problems and is in like new condition.
  • FAIR - The device is fully functional with no technical problems, and only a few scratches due to normal use. If the device has a screen, there are no scratches or burned out pixels.
  • POOR or NOT WORKING

Important!!! Please include any manuals, accessories and packaging that came with the product. Missing manuals and accessories may impact the Trade-In value offered.

  1. REMOVE ALL DATA: You are responsible for removing any data from your device before providing the product to us. Under no circumstances shall Affiliated Electronics Inc. be liable for any loss of any data or media from products delivered to us for Trade-In or recycling.
  2. CONTACT AMPED: After inspection, contact  sales@ampedamerica.com then attach required information in the in the email body, device photos welcome.
  3. WAIT FOR QUOTE: Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive a response to your e-mail address regarding trade in status of your device. You will receive a quote from us and a discount on your purchase.
  4. SHIP YOUR DEVICE: Please prepare well-packaged shipping box with any manuals, accessories, or original packaging. On the right bottom corner of a package include a “Trade In Program"note! Pease ship to:
